Details
We capture all existing conditions interior and exterior relative to the scope of work. Measurements will be guaranteed with 1/8” tolerances and photos are captured with 25 megapixel camera & GoPro Max 360 for still shots (360 Video Walkthroughs are also available).
Drafting
Includes
- We utilize AutoCAD 2021 to create all to scale construction drawings and drawing base files (external references)
- Our combined production capability is over 25 years of experience in Drafting & Design Processes
Details
- Any construction permit set of plans we generate will be quality control checked for life safety, fire, & construction code compliance, cross discipline coordination with Engineers, and conformance to the ADDA & GD&T Standards.
- All PDF files provided will be vector based from CAD so it can be measured in Adobe Acrobat or similar measuring software.
Project Management
